Hello India Refund Policy

At Hello India, we want you to be happy with your delicious Indian food! This page outlines our refund policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Reservations

We don't charge anything in advance for reservations, so we do not provide refunds.

Pick up Orders

After receiving your food from our restaurant, if you encounter any issues with it, you can reach out to our staff, and they will provide you with compensation if there are any issues with the dish. Otherwise we don't offer any refund.

Home Delivery Partner's Refund Policies

Oddle

  • Refunds can be processed from the Oddle web dashboard (OMS) or the Oddle Register App.
  • The online refund function is only available for certain payment gateways.
  • Refunds will be sent to the customer's issuing bank and may take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer's statement.
  • Once a refund is issued, it cannot be reversed.
  • A refund can be processed by a restaurant when there is a change or cancellation of order.
  • Refunds issued due to changes made to the order are non-disputable.

DimOrder

  • Generally, orders cannot be amended, cancelled, nor refunded (section 6.8.1).
  • You should contact DimOrder immediately if you have questions about your order before it's placed.
  • DimOrder reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds (section 6.8.1).
  • In extreme and unforeseeable circumstances, DimOrder may issue a full or partial refund for online payment orders at their sole discretion (section 6.8.2(i)).
  • You forfeit the delivery of a cancelled cash-on-delivery order, and cannot request a refund.

Food Panda

  • Refunds are only available for online payment orders cancelled before the vendor accepts them. (Section 6.8.2)
  • Cash-on-delivery orders cannot be refunded after being accepted by the vendor. (Section 6.8.2)
  • Foodpanda may require additional information or proof for refunds. (Section 6.8.2)
  • Refunds for online payments can take 5-10 business days (or up to 30 days overseas). (Section 7.9.2)
  • Rider tips are not refundable after delivery. (Section 7.9.3)
  • Foodpanda may cancel your order without a refund if:
    • You are uncontactable or fail to receive it within 10 minutes of delivery. (Section 7.8)
    • There's an unsuccessful delivery and you cannot be reached. (Section 7.9.3)
    • There's an unreasonable delay in picking up your order. (Section 8.5.2)
  • Vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. (Section 9.4)
  • Purchases from SHOPS may have a separate cancellation and refund policy. (Section 26.3)
  • Donations through the "Donate a Meal" program are not refundable. (Section 27)
